Chicken Ranch Wraps are a quick and delicious way to enjoy a satisfying meal. Packed with seasoned chicken, crisp vegetables, and creamy ranch dressing, these wraps make for a flavorful lunch or dinner. Here’s a simple recipe for Chicken Ranch Wraps:


For the Chicken:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts until they are golden brown on the outside and cooked through on the inside, about 6-8 minutes per side. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and shred the lettuce.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them more pliable.
  5. On each tortilla, layer a handful of sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing over the ingredients on each tortilla.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, creating a wrap.
  8. Serve the Chicken Ranch Wraps immediately, or wrap them in parchment paper for a portable lunch.
