GEORGIA PEACH COBBLER!!!
Being born in Georgia myself, I have a nice place to eat Southern food not only because it's so delicious, but because it's so nostalgic for me.This is truly the most amazing, delicious, serious, and easiest peach pie recipe you can find!With only 4 ingredients, you can't go wrong!The top is fragrant and crispy, and the inside is hot and sticky!Serve with vanilla ice cream for even better enjoyment! It's best to eat it while it's hot!I promise you will like it!
Ingredients :
- 6-8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- juice from ½ lemon
Instructions :
- Preheaat oven 375°F.
- Pour the melted butter into the center of a 9" x 13" baking dish, not spreading the butter around the pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour the milk and vanilla extract slowly,
- And stir to blend. Pour blend over butter, but do not stirring .
- Add brown sugar, peach slices, and lemon juice to a saucepan over high heat. Stir constantly until sugar
- It melted completely and the peaches released their juices.
- Pour the peaches over the mixture. Don't move.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the surface of the cobbler is golden.
- Serving warm
